MAHE invites applications for UG, PG and Research Programs in various disciplines. Aspirants must register themselves for their desired courses, follow the subsequent steps in order to register:

Selection procedure
Admission to all the programs is based on marks scored in the entrance test, MET - Manipal Institute Online Entrance Test or on merit system (marks obtained in past qualification).
The institute also accepts marks of various national-level entrance exams for admitting students from different courses.
- MBBS and BDS candidates can get admission either through MET or NEET - National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.
- Admissions to B.Tech program (Regular/ Lateral Entry) in 16 specializations are done the basis of MET
- The selection of BA, B.Sc, MA, MPT, and MSW aspirants, is done on the basis of the qualifying examination
- Admission to B.Pharm and B.Des program is based on the candidate’s performance in MET and MDAT respectively.
- BBA Admission is done on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying degree examination as well as their performance in the Entrance examination.
- Admission to B.Arch programs is done on the basis of marks obtained in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture)
- M.Tech and MCA selection of students will be done on the basis of their performance in the Manipal Institute Online Entrance Test (MET), conducted on the All India level.

How to Apply?
The application form for MAHE can be filled online through the institute’s website.
- Visit the website https://apply.manipal.edu/mu/admission/login.html
- Register with email id and phone number.
- User Id and Password will generate
- Log In with the credential and fill the application form.
- Enter personal and academic details.
- Pay the application fee of INR 600/- or INR 1400/- for the entrance examination.
- Submit the application form and take a print out of it for future references.
Documents Required at the time of Admission
- Admit Card Scorecard or Rank Letter
- Class 10 mark, 12 and Graduate Marks sheet and certificate (also used for DOB verification)
- Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
- Passport size photographs
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- Caste / PwD Certificate (if applicable)
